I have to say i laughed when i saw that. Moto is looking for strategy, and replying just one card is no where close to a solution.

at least someone was paying attention to the question. though waboku would do nothing against effect damage, which is the main point of a burn deck, and bad reaction to simochi would help a burn deck more than it would hurt a burn deck, so those two cards are worthless suggestions. but the skill drain is worthwhile as anti burn, unless of course my opponent is running trap stun, then I am thoroughly screwed.

mei kou master of barriers?

a good step in the right direction, though perhaps not main deck material. this is a definite maybe for the side deck, as it gives a player just one more piece of backrow hate to hit wave motion with. I am still needing more ways to hit the counter traps and quickplay spells that would be doing damage. so far the only card that really does hit every single type of effect damage is bwd, I am sorry to say.

I used to do that in my exodia self destruct deck, but I do not think it would work well against burn
