Q - about Synchron Explorer & Quick Draw Synchrone

When this card is Normal Summoned successfully, you can Special Summon 1 "Synchron" Monster from your Graveyard. The effect(s) of an Effect Monster Special Summoned by this effect is negated.
Now my Question
if I normal summon it to the field and special summon Quick Draw Synchrone to the field can I use it to synchro monster like BlackRose or other 7 star ?
cause the effect "This card cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster, except for the Synchro Summon of a monster that lists a "Synchron" monster as a Tuner monster." is negated.
ps. sorry if my english skill is limited T^T

yes you can it is the same deal when you use Junk Warrior

or the same of the Shura destroys a monster by efect go for vayu and sincro level 5 sincro

thx for your answer i never know about vayu that special summon by Shura can synchro on the field before!
maybe i will bring some lv 9 synchro monster to my deck lol

actually, I believe the official ruling states that quickdraws effect of not being used for a synchro summon execpt for synchro monsters that list a synchron monster as a needed material is not actually an effect but is instead a condition, much in the way that breeze the zephyr cannot be used to synchro summon anything other than Blackwing synchro monsters even if it is special summoned to the field by Shura.

never-the-less it apears the ruling is quickdraws synchroing conditions are part of the effect and as such, you can indeed get an easy Black Rose!

you sir are wrong. the ruling is that it is a condition not an effect. that was the way it was ruled at the US World Championship Qualifier.
