i use an Elemental Hero deck and i want to be able to use
Rainbow Neos while maintaining the E-Hero theme(kinda like a Rainbow Hero deck type).
i also want to be able to
fusion summon it as fast as possible and regain the
monster's used back to my hand or to the
field (if possible)
