Well me and my friend are arguing about the dark creators effects and special summoning from the graveyard, The dark creators effect says " This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be special Summoned by having 5 or more DARK monsters in your graveyard while you control no monsters. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 DARK monster from your Graveyard to Special Summon 1 Dark monster from your Graveyard. Well thats the effect and this was the situation i was in while we were arguing: i had 8 dark monsters in my graveyard and no monsters on the field, it was his turn , i said i special summon the dark creator from my graveyard, - THIS IS THE QUESTION < CAN WE SPECIAL SUMMON FROM THE GRAVEYARD? < OR IS IT CARDS CAN ONLY BE SPECIAL SUMMONED FROM YOUR HAND IN YOUR TURN? OR IS IT YOU CANT SUMMON THE DARK CREATOR LIKE THAT<

i need to get an answer because all our friends that were judging couldnt decide which one was correct CAN SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTANDS THIS SITUATION HELP ME?

You can't special summon/ summon at all during your opponents turn.

Can someone post on the forums , A list of what you can do , what you cannot do in either players turn , for special summons and other effects of cards. besides the basic rules. thanks
