The cards you have are cards that were made in English but were released in Europe. When YuGiOh first started, there were some differences between the cards in the sets depending on where they were released. The YuGiOh wikia website talks about this. So in Europe "Neo the Magic Swordsman" was released in Yugi's starter deck and Magic Ruler (MRL) and in America he was released only in Yugi's decks. This site only covers cards released in America. I hope this helps.
